Located in one first growth area of Cognac, the "petite fine champagne", its vineyard extends on a chalky ground (hence the name of "champagne" as in the Reims area) which regulates moisture and protects vine against dryness.
Applying proved ancestral rules gave rise to a line of noble, authentic products.
