The
Domaine des Brissons de Laage results from the continuation of generations
of wine growers since 1731.
Yet an independent Estate, the Bertrand family remains faithful to its ground, its traditions, serving the most natural and noblest product: cognac. Located in one first growth area of Cognac, the "petite fine champagne", its vineyard extends on a chalky ground (hence the name of "champagne" as in the Reims area) which regulates moisture and protects vine against dryness. Applying proved ancestral rules gave rise to a line of noble, authentic products. |
